Force Majeure: If at any time the scheduled courses or exams in whole or part be cancelled by reason of work, hostility, acts of public enemy, civil commotion, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, quarantine restriction, strikes, lockout, act of God, etc., the registration or the money paid by cash, cheque, DD or in any form will hold valid for the rescheduled date/s of the course/exam or the same shall be refunded in whole or part if the candidate is unable to take the course/training as per rescheduled dates. The liability of Linux Learning Centre Private Limited is only limited to the refund of course fees and shall not cover any consequential expenses directly or indirectly resulting out of cancellation or postponment of the courses/exam.

Arbitration Disputes: In the even of any question, dispute, difference, arising out of the services rendered by Linux Learning Centre Private Limited, Bangalore, India shall be referred to the soul arbitration of the board of directors. Linux Learning Centre Private Limited unsettled disputes shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore.
